Location: 6000 block of Ivy Springs Ct.
Suspect: MOORE, BOBBY (BMA, 23, ARRESTED)
Detectives from the Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant related to an active investigation. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted at the residence and known to officers as being on probation and having an outstanding warrant. S-1 is a validated gang member. A search of the residence led to the discovery of firearms and ammunition. An unsecured firearm was located accessible to a minor. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BLOOM, STEWART (WMA, 63, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. S-1 was later contacted at another location where he displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: POWELL, CHAZ (BMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 punched V-1. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

Suspect: PROCTOR, RASHAWNDA (BFA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed she was on probation and had warrants out for her arrest. A search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of heroin. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Lathrop resident) were observed shoplifting and fled the scene in a vehicle. Officers located the vehicle in the parking lot and made a vehicle stop. A record check of S-2 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of the stolen merchandise, burglary tools, and methamphetamine. S-3 (Manteca resident) was contacted walking nearby. A record check of S-3 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-3 led to the discovery of methamphetamine. All three suspects were arrested, issued citations and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. Upon contact S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant for his arrest. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: MORALES, ALBERTO (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 resisted officers attempts to detain him and struck two officers. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of a concealed knife. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving S-1 (Redding resident). Upon arrival, S-1 approached officers in an aggressive manor and pushed an officer. S-1 physically resisted officers attempts to detain him causing an officer to sustain a visible injury. Officers were able to overcome S- 1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
