Location: 9200 block of Meadow Grove Dr.
Suspect: POWELL, MINNETTE (BFA, 25, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver. S-1 (North Highlands resident) was contacted in the reported vehicle and detained. Through the course of the investigation, S-1 was identified in two incidents. The first incident took place earlier in the morning in the 9200 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd where, after a verbal argument with V-1, S-1 rammed her vehicle into an occupied building, causing damage to the building. The second incident took place near the reported area where S-1 threatened V-2, causing V-2 to be in fear for their safety. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for violating a protective order and then transported to the man jail.

Suspect: SEIVANE, NICHOLAS (WMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
