Suspect: HAYMON, ALVIN (BMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) forced entry into V-1’s vehicle and attempted to start the vehicle. S-1 was contacted by a subject on scene. S-1 brandished a knife and fled the area on foot. S-1 was contacted nearby and detained. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 placed V-1 in a headlock causing visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect #2: JOHNSON, JAHMIR (BMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed by loss prevention shoplifting. S-1 left the area in a vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and was detained. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted as a passenger in S-1’s vehicle. A record check of S-2
revealed warrants out for his arrest. Both S-1 and S-2 were arrested and transported to the main jail.
