Victim: CONFIDENTIAL
Suspect: RICHARDSON, ALLEN (BMA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for violating a protective order. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9400 block of Chicory Field Way
Suspect #1: Unknown
Suspect #2: Unknown
Two unknown, armed, suspects entered the victim’s residence. The suspects threatened the victims causing the victims to be in fear for their safety. The suspects fled the residence in an unknown direction with property belonging to the victims.

Suspect: ELLIOT, DESTINY (WFA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A probable cause search led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Blvd.
Suspect: BENTLEY, ALEXANDER (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was observed by loss prevention shoplifting. S-1 was contacted by officers and detained. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of burglary tools. S-1 had also previously been served a trespass notice for the location
of the call. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: CAMPER, MAURICIA (HFA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Rancho Cordova resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

 

Crime Tips Via Text Messaging through “TipSoft”

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
