NIGHT WATCH

Time: 0300 hours
Report #: 21-001117
Charges: HS 11378, PC 148 (A)(1), WARRANT
Location: 9300 block of Feickert Dr.
Suspect: DAVIS, SCORPIO (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation and that he had warrants out for his arrest. S-1 became physically resistive and ran from officers. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9500 block of Sara St.
Suspect: JUVENILE (HMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers as being on probation and prohibited from possessing ammunition. S-1 was contacted at his residence and detained. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of ammunition. S-1 was taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers as being on probation and prohibited from possessing ammunition. S-1 was contacted at his residence and detained. A probation search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of firearm magazine. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Yuba City resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 8600 block of Arcos Way
Suspect: DHALIWAL, AMRITPAL (OMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of the owner of the vehicle S-1 was contacted in, returned to be on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. Through the course of the investigation, S-1 was arrested for possession of the controlled substance, issued a citation, and released.

Location: 9100 block of W. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect #1: WILKERSON, JAMES (BMA, 24, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: HOWARD, CATRISSA (BMA, 21, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) were observed shoplifting by V-1. S-1 pushed V-1. V-1 signed a citizen’s arrest. Upon contact, S-2 became physically resistive. Officers overcame S-2’s resistance and they were both detained. S-1 and S-2 were arrested, issued citations, and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when V-1 hit S-1 casing a visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Suspect: LEE, MELANIE (AFA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect #3: DRAYTON, MARISHA (BFA, 18, ARRESTED) 
S-1 (Antelope resident) and S-3 (Sacramento resident) were observed shoplifting. Officers arrived in the area and located the vehicle driven by S-2 (Sacramento resident). In plain view, officers located the stolen merchandise. A record check of S-3 revealed a warrant out for her arrest.   S-1 and S-2 were taken into custody and transported to juvenile hall. S-3 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento residents) was the passenger of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable cause search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and a controlled substance. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
