Suspect: OLGUIN, FERMIN (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest and was prohibited from possessing pepper spray. A search incident to arrest, led to the discovery of pepper spray, heroin, and personal identifying information not belonging
to S-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HUANG, CHUNRONG (AFA, 70, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 hit V-1 with an object causing visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.
No major incidents or arrests logged.
