Location: 10000 block of Upshaw Way
Suspect #1: UNKNOWN (BMA)
Suspect #2: UNKNOWN (BMA, 25)
V-1 was seated in his vehicle when S-1 and S-2 approached V-1 and brandished a firearm. S-1 and S-2 demanded items from V-1 prior to fleeing the scene.

Location: Laguna Star Dr. / White Star Way
Suspect: RUIZ, FELIX (HMA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 and his vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine, and illegal fireworks. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Suspect: HAYMON, ALVIN (BMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers as having a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was contacted and arrested. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DYDO, LOUIS (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for a violation of a served protective order and transported to the main jail.

Location: 7200 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: BANNA, ELENA (HFA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for shoplifting. A record check of S-1 revealed she was on probation and had warrants out for her arrest. A probation search of S-1 and her vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and personal identifying information not belonging to S-1. A record check of S-1’s vehicle revealed the vehicle was reported stolen. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
