Location: 9600 block of E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect #1: FINE, SHARON (WFA, 45, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ROSENBERG, ERIC (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) were contacted during a call for service. A
record check of S-1 and S-2 revealed they were both on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the
discovery of methamphetamine and heroin. A probation search of S-2 led to the discovery of burglary
tools. S-1 and S-2 were both arrested, issued citations, and released.

S-1 (Rocklin resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check
of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of
methamphetamine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

S-1 (North Highlands resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Suspect: RENFRO, CURTIS (WMA, 30, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a report of a subject armed with a firearm. S-1 (North Highlands resident) was
contacted and detained. A record check of S-1 revealed he had a warrant out for his arrest. A consent
search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of a concealed firearm with the serial number altered and
a large capacity magazine. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 hit V-1. S-1 was
arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-3 (Sacramento residents) and S-2 (Citrus Heights resident) were arrested for shoplifting. All
three were then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: TAM, TROY (AMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 strangled and
punched V-1 causing V-1 to sustain visible injuries. S-1 would not allow V-1 to leave during the incident.
S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order
against S-1.

detained nearby. A record check of S-1 revealed active warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was also found
to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

observed narcotic paraphernalia in plain view. S-1 resisted officers attempts to detain her. S-2 interfered
with officers attempts to detain S-1 and was subsequently detained. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance
and she was detained. A search of S-1’s person led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 and
S-2 were both arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: ONEILL, BRANDAN (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. Upon contact S-1 displayed objective
signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Suspect: WILSONGUERRA, ANYSIA (WFA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Fremont resident) was contacted during a call for service. A probable cause search of S-1 led to
the discovery of cocaine. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Suspect: UNKNOWN (BMA, 25)
S-1 brandished a firearm and demanded money prior to fleeing the area on foot. S-1 was described as
an African American male adult, 25-35 years old, with black hair.

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
