Location: Big Horn Blvd. / Whitelock Pkwy.
Suspect: WALKER, GREGORY (BMA, 67, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was the driver of a motorized scooter involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1
displayed objective signs of impairment and was arrested.

Location: Bradshaw Rd. / Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: SUAREZ, LAUREN (HFA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed she was on probation and had warrants out for her arrest. A search of S-1’s
vehicle led to the discovery of heroin and drug paraphernalia and fictitious currency. S-1 was arrested
and transported to the main jail.

S-1 and he was detained. S-1 was arrested and transported to the main jail.

Suspect: JONES, JOVAN (BMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was observed trespassing at a location he has been previously trespassed
from. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Charges: VC 10851 (A), 2800.2 (A), 592, 3056, 496 D(A), HS 11350 (A)
Location: 8100 block of Power Inn Rd.
Suspect #1: COLLINS, ROBERT (BMA, 30, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SMITH, ERIC (BMA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was the driver of a vehicle reported to be stolen. S-2 (Sacramento resident)
was the passenger in the vehicle. S-2 exited the vehicle and was detained. A record check of S-2
revealed he was on parole. S-1 failed to stop and fled from officers. S-1 then stopped the vehicle and
fled on foot where he was detained by officers. S-1 provided a false name to officers prior to being
positively identified. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led
to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 and S-2 were both arrested for various charges and
then transported to the main jail.

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
