Charges: VC 23152 (A), 23152 (B), 23154 (A), HS 11375 (B)(2)
Location: Elk Grove Blvd. / Franklin Blvd.
Suspect: SHAH, JONATHAN (WMA, 24, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle contacted during a call for service. Upon contact,
S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. S-1
performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested. A search of S-1, incident to arrest, led to
the discovery of a controlled substance.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for public intoxication and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Sharkey Ave / Skydome Ct.
Suspect: Craig, David (WMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Auburn resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check
of a passenger in the vehicle revealed he was on parole. A parole search of the vehicle led to the
discovery of methamphetamine and heroin. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Suspect: SALDIVAR, MIGUEL (HMA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was contacted during a call for service. In plain view, officers observed a billy
club and burglary tools. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: DIAZ, ARMANDO (HMA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. Upon contact, S-1
displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was
arrested.

was contacted and detained. S-1 is the restrained party on a served protection order. S-1 was
arrested and then transported to the main jail.
