Time: 0035 hours
Report #: 21-002227
Charges: PC 466, 1203.2 (A)
Location: 4700 block of Flox Way
Suspect: ARCINIEGA, LAURA (HFA, 36, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed she was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery
of burglary tools. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a
warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: Lewis Stein Rd. / W. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: PRYOR, RAHEEM (BMA, 38, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. Officers observed a replica firearm
and narcotic paraphernalia. A probable cause search of S-1’s property led to the discovery of
nunchucks, pepper spray, and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main
jail.

Suspect: CHANDRA, PRANIL (AMA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (San Jose resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a
warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of
methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 provided a fake name to officers.
A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to
the main jail.

Suspect: HAYWOOD, PHARAOH (BMA, 22, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon
contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and
was arrested.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
