Location: 8400 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd.
Suspect: MARSHALL, JEFFREY (BMA, 33, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was arrested for trespassing. S-1 was issued a citation and released.

Location: 7400 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect #1: TRASK, JUSTIN (WMA, 29, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SELLER, JESSICA (WFA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and S-2 (Reno resident) were contacted in a vehicle behind a business. A
record check of S-2 revealed a warrant out for her arrest. A consent search of the vehicle led to the
discovery of methamphetamine, heroin, indica related to narcotic sales, and personal identifying
information not belonging to S-1 or S-2. A minor was in the vehicle at the time of contact. S-1 and S-2
were arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9100 block of E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: TIMMERMAN, JACOB (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Galt resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on
parole. A parole search of S-1 led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a
citation, and released.

Location: 8400 block of Laguna Grove Ct.
Suspect: HANES, NICHOLE (WFA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 was
detained, and a consent search led to the discovery of personal identifying information not belonging
to S-1 and methamphetamine. Officers contacted the owner of the vehicle S-1 was driving who
advised it was stolen. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: OLGUIN, FERMIN (HMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted riding a bike in violation of a vehicle code. A record check
of S-1 revealed he was on parole. A parole search of S-1 led to the discovery of heroin. S-1 was
arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Location: 5600 block of Whitelock Pkwy
Suspect: MONTUE, ANDRE (BMA, 27, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) entered the business and brandished a firearm while demanding money.
S-1 took an undisclosed amount of money and fled the scene. S-1 was later identified and arrested
by the Sacramento Police Department and then booked into the main jail.

Suspect: BOONE, SHANICE (BFA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit and run vehicle collision. Upon
contact, S-1 resisted officers and kicked an officer in the chest. S-1 displayed objective signs of
impairment. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and she was arrested.

paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

methamphetamine, indicia related to narcotic sales and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and

Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
