S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers as having an outstanding warrant. S-1 was contacted
and arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BELL, TROY (BMA, 32, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) brandished a knife towards V-1 and then threatened V-1 causing V-1 to be
in fear. Upon contact, S-1 resisted officers attempts to detain him and threw items towards the officers.
Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 pushed V-1. Upon
contact, S-1 physically resisted officers attempts to detain him. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and
he was arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.
