Time: 0243 hours
Report #: 21-002608
Charges: HS 11364
Location: Hwy 99 / Sheldon Rd.
Suspect: BENNETT, ANDREW (WMA, 45, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Antelope resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A probable
cause search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a
citation, and released.

Suspect: PRATHER, BRITTANY (WFA, 30, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Atwater resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant
out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

Location: 10000 block of E. Stockton Blvd.
Suspect: ROGERS, RANDOLPH (WMA, 46, ARRESTED)
Officers were waved down regarding a robbery. Officers observed S-1 with items taken and attempted
to contact S-1 (Stockton resident) who fled on foot. A short distance away, officers contacted and
arrested S-1. A search, incident to arrest, led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug
paraphernalia. A record check of S-1 revealed he was on probation and had a warrant out for his arrest.
S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento residents) began a physical altercation with V-1 and V-2. S-1 and S-2 were
arrested, issued citations, and released.

V-1 causing visible injury. There were juveniles present during the incident. S-1 was contacted and
arrested. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 threw V-1 and
prevented V-1 from leaving. S-1 was contacted and detained. A record check of S-1 revealed a warrant
out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
