S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 initially
provided a false name. A record check of S-1’s true identity revealed a warrant out for her arrest. S-1
was arrested. A search incident to arrest led to the discovery of methamphetamine. S-1 was then
transported to the main jail.

Officers responded to a report of a theft of a catalytic converter. A traffic stop of the reported suspect
vehicle was conducted and S-1 (Stockton resident) and S-2 (Manteca resident) were contacted. A
record check of S-1 revealed a warrant out for his arrest. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to
the discovery of a catalytic converter, methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, burglary tools, and a tool
commonly used to break into communal mailboxes. S-1 and S-2 were arrested for various charges and
then transported to the main jail.

signs of impairment and she was arrested.
