S-1 (Sacramento resident) was arrested for violation of a serviced protective order. A record check of
S-1 revealed warrants out for his arrest. S-1 was then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed a

S-1 (Nevada resident) was in a verbal argument with V-1 that escalated when S-1 struck V-1 causing
visible injury. V-2 intervened, and S-1 punched V-2. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main
jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were known to officers as having outstanding warrants. S-1 and S-
2 were contacted at their residence and arrested. They were both then transported to the main jail.

Suspect #2: BALNEG, DIANNE (AFA, 28, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check
of S-1 revealed he was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of drug
paraphernalia. A probable cause search of S-2’s property led to the discovery of methamphetamine.
S-1 and S-2 were arrested, issued citations, and released.
