S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a vehicle collision. Upon contact S-1
displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested

S-1 (Nevada resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 fled the
scene, leading officer on a pursuit. S-1 evaded officers and fled the area. S-1 was subsequently located
by an outside agency later that evening and arrested for unrelated charges. EGPD officers add-booked
S-1 at the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 provided
a fake name to officers. A record check of S-1’s real identity revealed he was on probation and had a
warrant out for his arrest. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of personally
identifying information, checkbooks and mail all not belonging to S-1. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.

Suspect: RYSAVY, DANIEL (WMA, 46, ARRESTED)
Officers contacted S-1 (Livermore resident) as the driver of a vehicle stopped in the roadway. In plain
view officers observed firearm ammunition. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery
of a loaded, firearm. A record check of the firearm revealed it was not registered. S-1 was arrested and
then transported to the main jail.

pushed V-1. S-1 left the scene prior to officers arriving and was contacted later during a traffic stop.
Upon contact S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and was arrested.

the discovery of methamphetamine. A probable cause search of S-2 led to the discovery of narcotic
paraphernalia and methamphetamine. S-1 and S-2 were arrested, issued citations, and released.

contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety tests and
was arrested.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.
“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
