Charges: PC 21810, WARRANT
Location: Big Horn Blvd / Bilby Rd
Suspect: HODGES, DREW (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. A record check of S-1 revealed he
was on probation and prohibited from possessing weapons. S-1 also had a warrant out for his arrest. A
probation search led to the discovery of metal knuckles. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the
main jail.

Location: 9100 block of W Stockton Blvd.
Suspect #1: MOSELEY CONOR, CHRISTOPHER (BMA, 18, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: JUVENILE (BMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
Suspect #3: JUVENILE (OMJ, 17, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident), S-2 and S-3 (Sacramento resident) threatened to physically harm V-1 after
V-1 contacted the three suspects for shoplifting. All three suspects were located nearby and detained.
S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 and S-3 taken into custody and then
transported to juvenile hall.

Location: 9100 block of W Stockton Blvd
Suspect: AMADOR, ADAN (HMA, 22, ARRESTED)

S-1 became physically resistive after being arrested. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was
then transported to the main jail and booked for various charges.

Location: 9100 block of Emerald Park Dr.
Suspect: MISIEWICZ, CHAD (WMA, 37, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to officers as being on probation. S-1 was contacted and a
probation search led to the discovery of drug paraphernalia and controlled substances. S-1 was
arrested, issued a citation, and then released.

Location: 2300 block of Laguna Blvd.
Suspect: LOPEZ, NOE (HMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Galt resident) was contacted as the driver of a vehicle during a call for service. Upon contact, S-1
displayed objective signs of impairment and S-1 was arrested.

Location: 8400 block of Bond Rd.
Suspect: HENSON, CLAY (WMA, 23, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service. In plain view, officers observed
previously reported stolen property. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Location: 10000 block of Grant Line Rd.
Suspect: RANK, ROBERT (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed he was on probation and had warrants out for his arrest. A probation search of
S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested and
then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record
check of S-1 revealed he had a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the
main jail.

 

Crime Tips Via Text Messaging through “TipSoft”

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
