Charges: PC 243 (E)(1), 148 (A)(1), WARRANT
Location: CONFIDENTIAL
Victim: CONFIDENTIAL
Suspect: SULLIVAN, JOHN (WMA, 52, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) and V-1 were in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 pushed V-1.
Officers contacted S-1 who then became resistive with officers. Officers overcame S-1’s resistance,
and a record check of S-1 revealed he had an active warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and
transported to the main jail.

Location: 9100 block of Elk Grove Florin Rd
Suspect: PECKHAM, CONNER (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. S-1 was known
to officers to be on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of controlled
substances and drug paraphernalia. A record of S-1 revealed he had two active warrants out for his
arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

grabbed V-2 by the arm and moved him out of the way. S-1 was arrested and then transported to main
jail. V-1 was granted an emergency protective order against S-1.

Officers contacted S-1 (Elk Grove resident) during a call for service. S-1 became resistive with officers.
Officers overcame S-1’s resistance and he was arrested and transported to the main jail.

injury to V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was
arrested.

 

Crime Tips Via Text Messaging through “TipSoft”

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
