Charges: HS 11351, 11352 (A), 11364, 11377 (A)
Location: 9100 block of E Stockton Blvd
Suspect #1: EASTLAND, JANE (WFA, 51, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: ROSENBERG, ERIC (WMA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento resident) were contacted behind several closed businesses near S-1’s
vehicle. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1’s vehicle led to the
discovery of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. A search of S-2 led to the discovery of a
controlled substance. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation, and then released.

Suspect: NEILL, ELIZABETH (WFA, 43, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) threw several large rocks at V-1’s vehicle causing major damage. S-1 was
arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LINDLAND, KELLY (WFA, 35, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon
contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and
was arrested.

Suspect: BURRASTON, JOSHUA (WMA, 21, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was in violation of restraining orders. Upon contact, S-1 resisted officers
attempts to detain him. Officers were able to overcome S-1’s resistance. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LITTLE, DANIEL (WMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision. S-1 fled the scene and
was located nearby. A record check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of S-1 and his
vehicle led to the discovery of controlled substances. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the
main jail.

threatened V-1 with a knife. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

visible injury. S-1 did not allow V-1 to exit the vehicle and threw V-1 phone when she tried to call the
police. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
