S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed
objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was arrested.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. A consent
search of the vehicle led to the discovery of an unloaded concealed firearm. S-1 was arrested, issued
a citation, and then released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 punched V-1.
S-1 grab several blunt objects to hit and throw at V-1 causing visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then
transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was known to be on probation and contacted in the above area. A probation
check of S-1 led to the discovery of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested,
issued a citation, and then released.

Suspect: BROOKS, RONNIE (UMA, 67, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) became upset with V-1 for asking him to leave the area. S-1 hit V-1 multiple times with a blunt object causing visible injury. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.
