S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted in the above location. A record check revealed S-1 had a
warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation, and S-2 (Elk Grove resident) was the passenger. A probable cause search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance and indicia indicative of narcotic sales. A record check of S-2 revealed she had a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 and S-2 were both arrested and transported to the main jail.

Suspect: GONSALVES, ROSAURA (HFA, 44, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted as the driver of a vehicle during a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. A record check revealed S-1 had a warrant out for her arrest. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was arrested.
