firearm at V-1’s vehicle which was also occupied by V-2, V-3, and V-4. S-1 fled the area and was
located a short distance from the incident. A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a firearm. A record check revealed he had a warrant out for his arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported the main jail.
