Charges: HS 11378, PC 22610
Location: Black Kite Dr / Elk Grove Florin Rd
Suspect: MCGEE, NATHANIEL (BMA, 34, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A record check revealed S-1 was on
probation. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of a controlled substance, indicia related to
narcotic sales, and a stun gun. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted as the driver of a vehicle reported stolen. S-1 was arrested and
then transported to the main jail.

Location: 9600 block of W Taron Dr
Suspect: FUKUI, SEAN (AMA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. Upon contact, S-1 holding was
openly carrying drug paraphernalia. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and then released.

S-1 and S-2 (Elk Grove residents) were contacted in a vehicle during a call for service. A record check
revealed S-1 was on probation, had warrants out for his arrest, and must have an ignition interlock
device to operate a motor vehicle. A probation search of S-1 led to the discovery of counterfeit bills. A
record check revealed S-2 was on probation and had a warrant out for her arrest. A probation search
of S-2 led to the discovery of counterfeit bills and a controlled substance. S-1 and S-2 were both
arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Crime Tips Via Text Messaging through “TipSoft”

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
