S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument which escalated when S-1 slapped
V-1. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: LOPEZ, CALOS (HMA, 31, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Stockton resident) was contacted sitting in a parked vehicle during a call for service. A record
check revealed S-1 was on probation. A probation search of the vehicle led to the discovery of a
controlled substance. S-1 was arrested, issued a citation, and released.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) and V-1 were involved in a verbal argument which escalated when both S-1
and V-1 started fighting each other that resulted in both sustaining visible injuries. S-1 was determined
to be the dominant aggressor and was arrested. S-1 was transported to the main jail.

Suspect: BOUNGNAVATH, VISAY (AMA, 41, ARRESTED)
Officers responded to a call for service regarding a reported stolen vehicle being tracked by GPS in the
above area. Officers arrived and located the reported stolen vehicle parked, unoccupied. S-1 was
located and detained a short distance away from the parked reported stolen vehicle. A record check
revealed S-1 had an active warrant out for his arrest. A search incident to arrest of S-1’s property led
to the discovery of a “shaved” key. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was contacted during a call for service and known to be on probation. A
probation search of S-1 and his property led to the discovery of burglary tools. S-1 was arrested, issued
a citation and released.
