Location: 10000 block of Shady View Ct
Suspect: JUVENILE (HMJ, 16, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Lodi resident) and V-1 were in a verbal argument that escalated when S-1 struck V-1 with a blunt
object. V-1 sustained minor visible injuries. S-1 was arrested and then transported to juvenile hall.

Suspect #1: ALLEN, AMY (BFA, 20, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: SCOTT, DESIRE (BFA, 20, ARRESTED)
S-1 and S-2 (Sacramento resident) stole merchandise from a business. When V-1, an employee for
the business, attempted to retrieve the stolen merchandise, S-1 and S-2 hit V-1 several times. S-1 and
S-2 fled the area in a vehicle that was found nearby. S-1 and S-2 were both arrested and transported
to the main jail.

Location: 9500 block of Sabrina Ln
Suspect: UNKNOWN
S-1 approached V-1 from behind and attempted to take her purse. A struggle ensued and S-1 was
unable to get V-1’s purse. S-1 fled the area on foot.

Location: 8600 block of Elk Grove Blvd
Suspect: PATLANARMENTA, JAIME (HMA, 25, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon
contact, S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and
was arrested.

grabbed V-1 around the neck leaving visible injury. S-1 was observed by officers walking on the
sidewalk. S-1 was arrested and then transported to juvenile hall.

S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was
detained. An inventory search of S-1’s vehicle led to the discovery of a controlled substance. S-1 was
arrested.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
