Suspect: CHEN, YUXIAN (AFA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped on the side of the road. Upon contact,
S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was
arrested.

Suspect: AUGUSTUS, MERCEDES (BFA, 26, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Sacramento resident) was contacted during a call for service. S-1 was detained and provided
officers with several different names. S-1 was positively identified, and a record check revealed she
had active warrants out for her arrest. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

Suspect: HEALY, ROBERT (WMA, 26, ARRESTED)

S-1 (Elk Grove resident) pushed V-1 and struck V-1 on the arm. S-1 was detained, and a record check

revealed S-1 was in violation of a court order. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail.

S-1 and S-2 approached V-1 and V-2 while they were sitting in their car. S-1 pointed a firearm at V-1

demanding his wallet. S-1 struck V-1 on the head with the handgrip of the firearm leaving visible injury.

S-1 and S-2 fled the area in a vehicle

Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
