Suspect: ALVARADO, MIREYA (HFA, 41, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. Upon contact,
S-1 displayed objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was
arrested.

Suspect: MORALES, CRISTIAN (HMA, 29, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Hayward resident) was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision. Upon contact, S-1 displayed
objective signs of impairment. S-1 performed poorly on field sobriety test and was arrested.

S-1 approached V-1 while they were stopped at the above location. S-1 reached into V-1’s vehicle and
took the money in V-1’s jacket pocket. S-1 approached V-1 a second time and struck him several times.
S-1 fled the area in a dark colored older pickup. S-1 is described as an Asian male adult.

jail.

Suspect #1: CLAY, DAEVON (BMA, 22, ARRESTED)
Suspect #2: DIXON, DEXTER (BMA, 19, ARRESTED)
S-1 (Elk Grove resident) was the driver and S-2 (Sacramento resident) was the passenger in a reported
stolen vehicle. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle when S-1 lead officers on a pursuit. S-1 collided
the vehicle and both S-1 and S-2 fled from the vehicle on foot. Both S-1 and S-2 were located nearby
and detained. S-1 was arrested and then transported to the main jail. S-2 was arrested, issued a citation
and then released.

area and fled from officers. Officers caught up to S-1 who physically resisted causing an officer to
sustain injury. A search incident to arrest of S-1 led to the discovery of a loaded firearm. S-1 also
displayed objective signs of impairment and was transported to main jail.

Members of the community having information regarding criminal activity can send tips via SMS text message by entering CRIMES (274637) on their cell phones, followed by Tip732 (agency identification number) and the message. Once users type in their message and press send, they will receive a confirmation text indicating that the message was received.

“Tipsoft” should not be considered a replacement for contacting the Elk Grove Police Department via telephone (916) 714-5115 (non-emergency), (916) 714-5111 / 911 (emergency) or (916) 691-0411 (anonymous tip line). Instead, “Tipsoft” should be seen as an alternative method of contacting law enforcement to provide information regarding non-urgent illegal activity, such as unsolved cases, vandalism, graffiti, theft and narcotics related issues.
