Elk Grove Police arrest tip jar thieves

In a post on their Facebook page, the Elk Grove Police Department announced they have arrested three suspects in a rash of thefts of tip jars at several Elk Grove businesses.

The thefts occurred during September and October. Several businesses shared camera footage of the thefts. Officers were able to track down the suspects by identifying the vehicle used during the thefts.
Two 15-year-olds and 19-year-old Damani Dillon were arrested and charged with several counts of theft.
