Elk Grove Planning Commission to review proposed 84 unit complex on Bruceville

The proposed project location is 9270 Bruceville Road. It would be on property owned by the Light of the Valley Church. It is across the street from Harriet Eddy Middle School.

The 84 units would be used for:

• 53 units for working families
• 21 units for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)

• 9 units for adults who have formerly experienced homelessness
• 1 unit for on-site property management
