Elk Grove, CA — Angela Spease, a community leader, and small business owner, has announced her campaign for the Cosumnes Community Services District Board of Directors.
In announcing her campaign, Angela stated “Elk Grove is an incredible place to start a family, grow a business, or just call home. I am excited to announce my campaign for the Cosumnes Community Services Board, where I hope to be a voice for maintaining and protecting our high quality of life.”
Angela grew up in Elk Grove. Angela and her husband have owned a locally-based cybersecurity business for over 17 years. Serving her community is her passion. She is a Rotarian, a director at the Chamber of Commerce, a board member of Running for Rhett, and a former member of the Asian Resources Community Services Board (ARI). In January 2021, Angela was appointed by the Elk Grove City Council to serve as Co-Chair of the City of Elk Grove’s COVID-19 Response, Recovery, and Resiliency Task Force. Angela has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management.
The Cosumnes Community Services District is an independent, special district tasked with providing emergency medical, fire protection, and parks and recreation services to Southern Sacramento County.
Angela is launching her campaign with strong support from the community. Her early list of bipartisan endorsements includes; Cosumnes CSD Vice President Gil Albiani, Cosumnes CSD Director Jim Luttrell, former Cosumnes CSD Directors Elaine Wright, and Elliot Mulberg, Elk Grove City Mayor Bobbie Singh-Allen, Elk Grove City Council members Darren Suen and Pat Hume.
