One person killed in early morning Sacramento apartment fire

Sacramento firefighters are on the scene of a deadly apartment fire in Sacramento this morning. The fire started at an apartment complex near 16th Avenue and Franklin Blvd around 3 am this morning.

One person was killed and several apartments in the two-story building were damaged by the fire. Several residents had to be rescued by firefighters and neighbors,
