Elk Grove police arrest suspect with mailbox keys and stolen IDs

On Monday night Elk Grove police made a traffic enforcement stop for a vehicle code infraction. That stop led to the discovery of fabricated cluster mailbox keys and stolen IDs.

45-year-old Dustin Le was on probation at the time of the stop. According to Elk Grove police, “during a probation search of his vehicle, officers found a fabricated cluster mailbox key. A follow-up search of Le’s residence led to the discovery of tools used to fabricate mailbox keys and US Postal cluster box locks, fabricated mailbox keys, and evidence of identity theft.”

Le was booked on the following charges:
