He is 5’ 09” tall and weighs 165 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. FORD was last known to reside on the 1900 block of Middleberry Road in Sacramento. He has a prior arrest for first degree Burglary and has prior gang affiliations.

The California Department of Corrections is currently seeking Carlos ALBISO for parole violation. ALBISO is described as a 40-year-old Hispanic male. He is 5’ 11” tall and weighs 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. ALBISO is transient in Sacramento. He has a prior arrest for Criminal Threats and has prior gang affiliations.

He has prior arrests for assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, and vehicle theft.
