Car thief arrested by Elk Grove police after driving into golf course lake

Friday morning Elk Grove police arrested a man that stole a vehicle and after a short chase, drove into the lake at Emerald Lakes Golf Course.

The chase started a few miles north of the golf course near Laguna Blvd and Big Horn Blvd.
