Grocery store, gas station, shops and restaurants planned for Vineyard area of Sacramento County

According to plans submitted to the county planning department, the fast-growing Vineyard area of Sacramento County could see some much-needed retail development to serve the community north of Elk Grove.

The proposed development would be at the southwest corner of Bradshaw Road and Florin Road. Included in the proposed development:

• A 40,000-square-foot grocery store
• Gas station/market with a car wash
• 5 retail pads totalling 25,000 square-feet
• 4 quick-serve restaurants with a drive-through
