Keep Your Energy Bill Low While Temperatures Are High
With rising temps comes higher energy use. The annual Spare The Air campaign runs from May to October and encourages reducing emissions, especially from gas-powered vehicles and appliances, to fight smog and keep our air cleaner.
Here are some easy ways to save energy this summer:

Unplug unused appliances
Cover windows to block heat
Reduce indoor cooking
Utilize early morning breeze to cool your home
Drive less, and opt for carpool or public transit
Plant shade trees

Small changes can lower your bills and help the planet. Spare The Air runs through October 31.
