Amanda is a Sacramento native. Moving to Rancho Cordova when she was 4 graduating from Cordova High as a Scholar Athlete. She attended Sacramento City college obtaining her AA degree and as a single mom, at 24 years old she stepped in the mortgage industry. Building her business off of collector referrals, by helping the clients utilize the equity in their home to get debtors off of their backs. She found her true purpose, to help people. During her 22 year career she has helped thousands of families obtain financial freedom or independence with their home loan.
With her business model she lives off the old mantra, “ GIVE BACK” She has a referral source of professionals at her fingers for any type of business her clients or friends need. She also donates $50 from every loan she closes to a non profit, this year its the Lady Legends softball organization.
Amanda has also just accepted the honor of the Regional Director for EWomen network in Sacramento CA. They are a womens group of entrepenuers with like minds to help, grow and serve.
Amanda is currently living and running a Mortgage Broker office in Elk Grove, CA. She is married to Tree Rawls and together they have 5 children, Jaylen, Peyton, Jarin, London and Milan. Her and her family are avid sports fan with her love for her hometown Seattle Seahawks leading the way.

Are you looking for a driving instructor for your new teen driver? Contact City of Trees Driving School.
The instructors are Drea Carter and Pam Jordan.
They offer two programs for your teen and one for adults

PROGRAM 1
This is the best deal out there!!! This program includes 5 LESSONS, FREEWAY and DOWNTOWN driving time, and best of all,

WE book the DMV appointment and take students to the test where they use OUR car to test out.

COST: $415 (or $59 for lesson 1, $89 each subsequent lesson)

PROGRAM 2

This program provides 4 lessons at 1.5 hours each. Lessons are typically spread out to allow teens adequate time to practice the skills they have learned in each lesson.

Unfortunately, this program does not include freeway and downtown driving time, nor does it include our instructors scheduling the DMV appointment and use of our car on test day.

COST: $336 (or $84 each lesson)

ADULT "BRUSH-UP" LESSONS

Adult brush-up lessons are for those 18 years old or older. Lessons are 1 hour each and are intended for those adults who just simply need to polish their driving skills. We offer up to 2 brush-up lessons, but any lessons past that will need to consider selecting Program 1 or Program 2. This lesson can be used to regain confidence on the roads, to practice for an upcoming DMV driving test, or as a reminder of safe driving habits and rules of the road.
