Amanda is a Sacramento native. Moving to Rancho Cordova when she was 4 graduating from Cordova High as a Scholar Athlete. She attended Sacramento City college obtaining her AA degree and as a single mom, at 24 years old she stepped in the mortgage industry. Building her business off of collector referrals, by helping the clients utilize the equity in their home to get debtors off of their backs. She found her true purpose, to help people. During her 22 year career she has helped thousands of families obtain financial freedom or independence with their home loan.
With her business model she lives off the old mantra, “ GIVE BACK” She has a referral source of professionals at her fingers for any type of business her clients or friends need. She also donates $50 from every loan she closes to a non profit, this year its the Lady Legends softball organization.
Amanda has also just accepted the honor of the Regional Director for EWomen network in Sacramento CA. They are a womens group of entrepenuers with like minds to help, grow and serve.
Amanda is currently living and running a Mortgage Broker office in Elk Grove, CA. She is married to Tree Rawls and together they have 5 children, Jaylen, Peyton, Jarin, London and Milan. Her and her family are avid sports fan with her love for her hometown Seattle Seahawks leading the way.
