One noteworthy observation is that lately most of the bad guys have been EG residents. A few years ago that often wasn’t the case. Even the cops told me then most of them come down from S.Sac. That was before the recession. Maybe the cheap housing then brought them down?

Cheap housing and a plethora of low income apartments, and lots of rentals in the area perhaps?

Last week I was driving in my neighborhood and saw a group of probation officers wearing bullet proof vests (with the word “PROBATION” across the front) making a check on a house that has been a rental forever. The current tenants moved in a little over a year ago. Guess I know what house we will be skipping when I take my son trick or treating Saturday.

I remember years ago. Maybe 6-7 I took my cousins out for Halloween in Elk Grove. We went to about 30 houses so I don’t know which house it came from, but when we came home there was an Altoids container and inside that container contained some weed.

Yeah, I’m thinking they should keep that first suspect in the WRAP device until he learns to control himself.

But seriously, 15 out of the 19 suspects were men. If we just ban men from the city, we could cut crime by 80% right off the bat. Even you men have to see how obvious that is. An 80% reduction!! (KIDDING. IM KIDDING). ?
